Checked in after a long flight. Bhavna was super friendly and made me feel really safe. Great location near O'Hare with free shuttle service. Rooms have everything you need like air conditioning, fridge, and flat-screen TV. There’s also a fitness centre. Breakfast was simple but decent. Mark, the shuttle driver, was awesome!

Close to car rental facility. Good local restaurant nearby. Excellent wifi.
Felt at ease, no reason to complain.
